Subject: Announcement of a tender at the total speed providing a transportation service to students and workers at Al -Sham Private University (Al -Barameka - Al -Mazraa - Al -Tal) during the academic year 2023_2024
Al -Sham Private University announces its desire to conduct a tender at the total speed to provide a mobile service for students and workers at the Private University of Al -Sham (Al -Baramaka - Al -Mazraa - Al -Tal) during the academic year 2023_2024, according to the book of legal, financial and technical conditions prepared for this purpose, and according to the following:
Initial insurance:/ 5%/ from the estimated value, i.e. an amount of amount: (134,000,000 LS) one hundred and thirty -four million Syrian pounds, not only
Final insurance:/ 5%/ from the total value of the contract
_ Execution period: A academic year that includes (the first semester, the second semester and the summer semester) is equivalent -The binding period with its presentation: (45) days starting from the day following the end of the date of submitting the offers or any extension that is agreed upon
The candidate contractor remains related to his offer for a period of (45 days) starting from the day after the day to communicate the decision to refer to him
