Lattakia University Hospital Whoever wishes to participate and who meets the conditions stipulated in the Contracts System promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004 must submit his offer in three sealed envelopes, and these envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope on which the name of the bidder is recorded according to the following: The first envelope: contains the insurances Initial papers and identification papers with a financial stamp of 100,000 SYP + 50,000 SYP for the request to participate in the request for offers and temporary guarantees.
