Start date: 12/10/2025 End date: 0000-00-00 Al-Ihsan Association The Board of Directors of Al-Ihsan Society decided to announce a tender to provide solar energy kits for lighting with lighting devices First: The bidder must provide initial insurance amounting to 30,000,000/thirty million Syrian pounds only. The final deposit is 10% of the total value of the materials submitted Second: Offers are submitted to the Al-Ihsan Society-s management headquarters until the end of official working hours on 12/22/2025. Third: The offers will be opened at the Al-Ihsan Society-s management headquarters on 12/23/2025 at ten in the morning. Fourth: The offer accepts division, and the bidder may submit one or more items Fifth: The contract implementation period is seven days from the date of the commencement order Sixth: The bidder remains bound to his offer for a period of one calendar month, starting from the date of opening the bids, and the nominated bidder is committed to bearing all advertising expenses and fees.
