Initial deposits: It is required to submit a bank guarantee in the amount of $15,000 (fifteen thousand dollars when applying for the entire quantity of 3 million polyprolene bags). The minimum value of the accepted guarantee is $5,000 (five thousand dollars for each million bags offered), irrevocable, issued by an accredited bank in the Syrian Arab Republic. Temporary insurances in accordance with the legal and financial conditions books
Final insurance: 10% of the contract value
Delay fine: One per thousand of the total value of materials for each day of delay, provided that the total fine does not exceed 10% of the contract value.
The tender will be canceled if the delay exceeds 30 days
Implementation period: a maximum of twenty (20) actual working days From the date of the second day of receiving the purchase order or signing the contract
Delivery location: Warehouses of the General Corporation for Grain Trade, Storage and Manufacturing, subject to change and determined later in the contract
