Requirement of the Ministry of Health (Item No. 8/ Single Local) Primary insurance For medicines of non-local origin, 10,000,000 Syrian pounds, only ten million Syrian pounds for each item. For medicines of sole local origin, 50,000,000 SYP, fifty million Syrian pounds It is submitted under a bank guarantee from a bank Certified in the Syrian Arab Republic or a certified check to the order of the Ministry of Health. A check to its order is not accepted The final insurance is 10% of the referral value The late fine is one per thousand for each day of delay Implementation period is 90 days in two installments The price of the file is 200,000/SYP only, two hundred thousand Syrian pounds Delivery method according to what It is stated in the technical conditions booklet The place of delivery is according to what is stated in the technical conditions booklet The duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer is six months from the date of the end of submitting bids, while for the nominated bidder, it is six months from the date of referral in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of Law No. 51 of 2004.
