Special legal, financial and technical conditions, in accordance with the following Temporary insurance/250,000/L. Only two hundred and fifty thousand new Syrian pounds Implementation period: 30 days Primary insurance: 5% of the estimated statement value Final insurance: 10% of the value of the referral allowance Late fines: 0.001 one thousandth of the total contract value for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% twenty percent of the total pledge value.
