Announcement of an internal request for offers for the second time
Tishreen University Hospital in Latakia announces an internal request for offers to secure medical supplies, the third group (oxygen mask with mask bag Ambo) needed at Tishreen University Hospital in Latakia, so MThose who wish to participate and who meet the conditions stipulated in the contract system promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004 are placed in three sealed envelopes. These envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope on which the name of the bidder is written according to the following:
The first envelope contains the initial insurance and identification papers with a financial stamp of 100,000 LBP affixed to it. S 50,000 LBP. S meetingSubscription request for tenders and temporary guarantees
The second envelope contains the technical offer and technical specifications
The third envelope contains the financial and commercial offer, including the individual and total prices for the materials provided
Initial deposits can be submitted in parts according to the items set forth in the legal and financial conditions book
Final deposits are 10%Of the total value of the referral
Delivery period / 45 days / only forty-five days starting from the day following the contractor's notification of the start order
Duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer: Three months starting from the date of opening the bids, automatically renewed once if no objection occurs within seven days following Term expiry date

Materials and goods of Turkish origin are not accepted
To obtain a booklet of technical, legal and financial conditions, refer to the Supplies and Contracts Department at the hospital for an amount of 40,000 LBP. Q
