For the first time
The General Authority of Children's Hospital announces for the first time its desire to request offers to provide medical alcohol and liquid povidone for the hospital's needs.
You can visit the Authority's Contracts Department to view and obtain A file of the technical, financial and legal conditions regulating this purpose will be paid in exchange for an amount of 20,000 SYP (only twenty thousand Syrian pounds and nothing more).
Temporary insurance: as stated in the book of special conditions
Final deposits: 10% (ten percent) of the referral value
Preparations are divisible
Delay fine: one per thousand for each day delay
Implementation period: three months
Duration of the bidder's binding to his offer: The bidder remains bound to his offer for a period of 90 days (ninety days) starting from the day following the end of the deadline for submitting bids.
How to deliver: In batches
The first payment is 50% of the contracted quantity and is delivered within two weeks from the date the contractor receives the start order
Payments Other: 50% is requested according to the hospital's need in an official letter, provided that the contractor is notified 15 days before it is needed.
Bids shall be submitted to the Authority's office located in (Damascus - Mezzeh - Al-Muwasat Street), accompanied by all identification papers and temporary insurance.
Bids will be opened at the Tender Committee session on the working day following the end of the submission deadline Offers
Bids will be accepted no later than 2:00 pm on Sunday, 11/23/2025.
