The Commission for Excellence and Creativity announces the conduct of a request for offers for the second time at full speed for the work of supplying laboratory supplies and equipment for the biology laboratory at the National Center for Excellence in Homs Governorate (phase First) according to DuffState the technical, financial, and legal conditions in accordance with the following:
- Initial insurance: The initial insurance is determined in a lump sum of /19,700,000/SYP nineteen million and seven hundred thousand Syrian pounds only, payable according to a certified check by order of the Commission for Excellence and Creativity or a bank guarantee issued by approved banks. In the Syrian Arab Republic, according to NApproved forms and endorsed checks are not accepted
- The final bond is 10% of the contract value
- In the event that the offer includes more than one partner, all partners must submit the temporary and final bonds in their names under the penalty of rejecting their offer and that their offer includes a statement that they are jointly and jointly liable
