- Start date: 12-09-2025 Completion date: 12-22-2025 Syrian Telecommunications Company Re-announcement of an internal request for proposals No. 1062/6/3/1 dated 11/27/2025 The Syrian Telecom Company announces for the second time an internal request for offers to provide, install and operate the company-s anti-virus protection program Syria Telecom /1000/licensing and training of members of the company locally, according to the book of technical, financial and legal conditions for this project. Temporary insurance: 4,500,000/SYP Implementation period: 60 days from the date of notification of the directive order Final insurance: 10% of the total value For contract Daily delay compensation: one thousandth of the total value of the contract Duration of engagement with the offer: 120 days from the date of submission of offers Duration of the nominated contractor-s engagement: 180 days from the date he is notified of the referral Pass mark: The minimum technical pass mark is 80%. Fundamentals of technical evaluation: attached to a notebook Special conditions The offers are submitted to the office of the Purchasing Directorate in the central administration of the Syrian Telecommunications Company (Damascus - the end of Fayez Mansour Street) until the end of official working hours on 12/22/2025, accompanied by temporary insurances.
