Hejazi Railway General Corporation
Announcement of an internal tender for the first time and at full speed
The Hejazi Railway General Corporation announces its desire to hold an internal tender for the first time with full speed to provide, install and operate a modern electronic telephone exchange at Al-Midan station. In accordance with the technical, financial and legal conditions books prepared by the institution for this purpose and in accordance with Contract Law No. 51 of 2004 as follows:
-Initial insurance is 5,000,000 Syrian pounds only, five million Syrian pounds and nothing more
Final insurance: (10%) of the total contract value
Duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer: 60 days, starting from the next day to the last Deadline for submitting offers
Implementation period: (20) calendar days starting from the day following the contractor's notification of the letter ordering the commencement of implementation.
Delay fines: one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the total value of the contract.
Warranty period: one year from the date of temporary receipt
The bidder bears all taxes and fees incurred On the contract, including advertising expenses.
The deadline for submitting offers is the end of official working hours on Monday, November 17, 2025, and offers will be closed the next day at ten o'clock in the Hijaz building.
Anyone wishing to participate in the tender must visit the Corporation's Contracts Directorate at Al-Midan Station to obtain the booklet of conditions for an amount of 300,000 SYP only. Three hundred thousand Syrian pounds and nothing more.
The provisions of Contract Law No. 51 of 2004 and the General Conditions Book issued by Decree No. 450 of 2004 shall apply to the contract.
