• Providing, Installing and Operating Equipment Needed for the Kitchen of Ibn Al-Nafis Hospital, Affiliated with the Damascus Health Directorate Start date: 2026-07-13 End date: 0000-00-00 Damascus Health Directorate Announcing an internal request for proposals The Damascus Health Directorate announces its desire to conduct a request for offers to provide, install and operate equipment needed for the kitchen of Ibn al-Nafis Hospital affiliated with the Damascus Health Directorate in accordance with the general conditions and the special conditions booklet. (Technical, financial and legal) and in accordance with the following: Primary insurance: a lump sum amounting to (100,000) one hundred thousand new Syrian pounds only. Final insurance: 10% of the contract value. Duration of implementation of the undertaking: /45/ forty-five days from the date of the commencement order. Late fines are one per thousand For each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the total value of the contract. Duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer: Three months from the date of submission of the offer. As for the nominated bidder, the provisions of Law No. 51 of 2004 apply to him. Warranty period: The free warranty period / year / starts from the date of initial receipt For devices (installation). Condition books can be obtained from the Damascus Health Directorate/Contracts Division/ for an amount of (1,500) one thousand five hundred new Syrian pounds. The submitted offers and the contract are subject to the provisions of the Contracts Law issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the General Conditions Book of the Contracts Law issued By Decree No. 450 of 2004.
