Tartous Governorate announces a request for offers using a sealed envelope for the benefit of the Agriculture Directorate:

1- The implementation period begins from the date of the day following the contractor's notification of the commencement order.
2- The delay fine is 0.001/ one thousandth of the value of the referral for each day of unjustified delay
3- Insurances Final 10% of the referral value by certified check, bank guarantee or financial receipt
4- The duration of the guarantee and guarantee is / one year / starting from the date of temporary receipt
5- The offers are submitted to the office of the Directorate of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform in Tartous within three envelopes
