According to the book of financial, technical and legal conditions, and according to the following
Primary insurance: determined by a lump sum of (8,000,000) only eight million Syrian pounds.
Final deposits (10%) of the referral value
The duration of the bidder's engagement with his offer is /180/ calendar days, starting from the day following the expiry date of the deadline for submission of offers, and the nominated bidder remains bound to his offer for a period of /90/ calendar days, starting from the day following the date of his written notification of the referral of the bids request.
The period of execution of the undertaking shall be determined by (30 days) starting from the day following the notification of the undertaker of the commencement order.
