According to the book of financial, technical and legal conditions, according to the following:
Initial insurance is determined by a broken amount of (8,000,000) only eight million Syrian pounds. Final insurance (10%) of the referral value
The period of the bidder's correlation with a presentation /180 /calendar days, starting from the day following the date of the end of the date of submitting the offers, and the candidate contractor remains related to his offer for a period of 90 /calendar days starting from the day following the date that is in writing to refer the request for offers on it
