In order to consolidate the principles of transparency and efficiency in purchasing and contracting processes, and to promote development and optimal use of resources, the Supply Committee announces Supply expresses its desire to receive offers from companies and suppliers to implement a project:
Securing and supplying furniture and furnishings to the Ministry of Emergency and Disaster Management, in accordance with the special book of conditions prepared for this purpose.

Primary insurances:
Required Submitting a bank guarantee in the amount of $24,650 (twenty-four thousand six hundred and fifty US dollars only), irrevocable, issued by an accredited bank in the Syrian Arab Republic, or a certified check to the order of the Ministry of Emergency and Disaster Management. The check is not accepted to the order of the bearer. Final guarantees:
10% of the value of the purchase order. Late penalty:
one One thousand of the total value of materials for each day of delay, provided that the total fine does not exceed 10% of the contract value.
The tender will be canceled if the delay exceeds 30 days.
Implementation duration:
A maximum of twenty (20) days from the date of receipt of the purchase order or signing of the contract.
Delivery location:
Warehouses of the Ministry of Emergency and Disaster Management and its directorates in the governorates (Damascus, Damascus countryside, Daraa, Homs, Hama, Latakia, Tartous, Aleppo, Idlib, Deir ez-Zor).
