The Lattakia Agriculture Directorate announces an urgent request for offers to provide free labor uniforms according to... Terms and technical specifications books.

Bids shall be submitted to the Lattakia Agriculture Directorate, accompanied by the necessary identification papers stipulated in Article 11 of Law No. 51 of 2004 and in the books of conditions. Private documents, along with a subscription document for the official advertisement bulletin, are contained within three sealed envelopes. These envelopes are placed within a fourth envelope addressed in the name of the public entity ((Advertisement number - Subject of the request for bids - Date specified for its conduct - Bidder's name - Phone number))
The first envelope: contains the temporary insurance, the terms and conditions booklet receipt, and the required documents In the books of financial and legal conditions.
The second envelope: contains the technical offer and specifications for the materials to be supplied.
The third envelope: contains the financial offer.
_ Temporary insurance: provided by a certified check made in the name of the Directorate of Agriculture, a financial receipt from the treasury, or a bank guarantee.
_ Final insurance: /10%/ of the value Referral - Delay fine (0.001%), one per thousand for each day of delay.
_ The value of the terms and conditions books is paid to the Lattakia Finance Fund, the financial receipt is attached to the identification papers, and the offer is rejected if it is not submitted.
