The Excellence Development Foundation would like to request the supply of a number of food baskets. Each basket includes the following food items (rice, sugar, pasta, salt, lentils, vegetable oil, homemade oil, mashed chickpeas). Start date: 01-28-2026 End date: 0000-00-00 Excellence Development Foundation Within the framework of providing food baskets in the year 2026, in accordance with the agreement signed between the OCHA program and the Developmental Excellence Foundation, the Developmental Excellence Foundation wishes to request the supply of a number of food baskets, each basket containing the following food items (rice Sugar, pasta, salt, lentils, vegetable oil, my own oil, boiled chickpeas, boiled beans, tomato paste...) which are detailed in the books of technical and financial conditions in terms of quantities, packaging, and time periods for supply. Gentlemen, bidders wishing to apply for the aforementioned advertisement, are kindly requested to purchase the tender books in the amount of: 100,000 / SYP one hundred thousand Syrian pounds or 10,000 / ten thousand new Syrian pounds from the institution-s office on Al-Midan Corniche opposite Al-Kawakibi Pharmacy during the institution-s official working hours. The offers shall be submitted to the Corporation-s office at the aforementioned address, accompanied by proof of payment of the temporary and full insurance amounts 5% of the value of the financial offer and the purchase receipt for the books of conditions, noting that the last date for submitting offers is the end of official working hours on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. 442
