- Start date: 07-15-2026 End date: 0000-00-00 The General Authority for Water Resources in Damascus Announcing an internal request for proposals The General Authority for Water Resources in Damascus announces an internal request for tenders to provide fixed furniture and office equipment required by the central administration in accordance with the legal and financial conditions books. And special technical according to the following: Temporary insurance: 225,000/L. Only two hundred and twenty-five thousand new Syrian pounds. Implementation period: 30 days. Final insurance: 10% of the value of the referral allowance. Delay fines: 0.001 one per thousand of the total contract value for each day of delay, provided that no More than 20% twenty percent of the total pledge value. The duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer (90 days) begins from the day following the last date for submitting bids. The provisions of the Unified Contracts System issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 shall apply to everything not stated in this announcement and the book of special conditions.
