The Damascus Health Directorate announces, with full speed, its desire to hold a tender to provide endocrine, asthma, and skin medicines needed by the Damascus Health Directorate (present goods) in accordance with the general conditions and the book of special conditions (financial). Initial insurance: Providing initial insurance in the amount of /5%/ of the value of the estimated statement of the items applied for, which are determined according to a table attached to the technical conditions and are submitted by a certified check issued by the order of the Damascus Health Directorate, or by a bank guarantee or a receipt issued by the Ministry of Finance.
Final insurances :10% of the referral value
Duration of implementing the pledge: Within a week from the date of the direct order and the delivery of materials in one batch to the central pharmaceutical warehouse of the Damascus Health Directorate.
Delay fines are one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that they do not exceed 20% of the total contract value
Duration of the bidder's association with his offer: The bidder remains associated with his offer for a period of /90/ days from the day following the end of the deadline for submitting offers, and the nominated contractor will remain bound to his offer throughout this period. If the order to proceed during this is not notified, he has the right, within seven days following the expiration of the aforementioned period, to abandon his offer in a written letter registered in the office of the Health Directorate.
