The Tartous Health Directorate announces its desire to hold a tender to secure emergency medicines for the first time with the full speed required by the Tartous Health Directorate, according to the following table:

The delay fine is 01%, one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that the value of the delay fines does not exceed 20% of the total contract value.
The bidder remains bound to his offer for a period of ninety days from the date of opening the bids, which will be automatically extended within the provisions of the applicable contract system
Advance The offers to the directorate's office are accompanied by all the supporting documents specified in the unified contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004, along with an official announcement bulletin and a notice of purchasing the file for each tender.
