Start date: 12-09-2025 Completion date: 12/14/2025 Damascus Health Directorate Announcing an internal request for tenders at full speed for the second time The Damascus Health Directorate announces, for the second time and with complete haste, its desire to conduct a request for offers to provide bandage materials for the health centers and hospitals affiliated with the Directorate. Damascus Health / present goods / in accordance with the general conditions and the book of special conditions (financial, legal and technical) and in accordance with the following Initial deposits: Temporary deposits are determined at (5%) of the value of the materials for which the bidder will submit according to the table attached to the technical conditions booklet These insurances are provided by check duly certified during this period and issued in favor of the Health Directorate, a bank guarantee, or pursuant to an arrest warrant issued by the central treasury. Final insurance: 10% of the contract value Duration of implementing the undertaking: The duration of completing the undertaking was set in one payment within a week from the date of the directive order One late fine In a thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the total value of the contract Duration of the bidder-s binding to his offer: The bidder remains bound to his offer for a period of 90 days from the day following the end of the deadline for submitting offers.
