For the second time
The General Authority of the Children's Hospital announces for the second time - that it wants to request quotes to provide medical materials and medical tools for the necessity of the radiology unit in the hospital
The contract department can be reviewed in The hospital to view and obtain a deposition of the technical, financial and legal conditions regulating this purpose for the amount of / 20,000 / SP (only twenty thousand Syrian pounds only)
Temporary Insurance: It is contained in the private conditions book
Final insurance: 10% (ten percent) of the referral value
Delay fine: One in a thousand for each day delay
period Implementation: AD year starts from the next day to reach the direct order.
The period of the bidder's correlation with his presentation: The bidder remains related to his presentation for a period of 90 days (ninety days) starting from the day following the end of the date of submission.
Delivery period: in two batches
The first batch: 75%of the contracted quantity within a month from the next day to reach an order Direct.
The second batch: According to an official book from the hospital and three months before the quantity runs out.
Offers are submitted to the Hospital Court located in (Damascus - Al -Mazza - Al -Mouwasat Street).
The offers are made on the day following the end of the date of submission.
