To contract with a company to provide consulting services for human resources to build policies and procedures

Based on the provisions of the system of contracts for private associations and institutions issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in Al-QarrR No. Kh / 2/2435 of 1977, the Syrian Arab SOS Children's Villages Association announces its need to contract with a company to provide consulting services for human resources to build policies and procedures in accordance with the technical specifications mentioned in the book of technical conditions, according to the following provisions
1) Offers are submitted to the association's headquarters Located in Damascus, Eastern Mazzeh, Alfa StreetRabi, opposite Nazir Nabaa School, Tel. 0119240. Or at its office in Aleppo located in Al-Furqan, Syriatel Street, next to the New Horizons Institute, Tel. 0212636402
2) The deadline for submitting offers is 12:00 on 5/9/2023 and any offer submitted after This date
3) The date of the bid opening session is at 14:00 on the afternoon of 5/9/2023 at the association's headquarters
4) InsuranceThe temporary insurance is estimated at /800,000/ SP only, eight hundred thousand Syrian pounds
5) The final bond is equivalent to (10%) ten percent of the total value of the contract
6) Duration of engagement with the offer
The bidder remains bound to his offer for a period of fifteen days As of the day following the closing date of submission of bids
•the nominated bidder remains associatedHe will submit his offer for a period of twenty days starting from the day following the date of his notification of the referral letter
7) Method of payment: according to what is contained in the book of special legal and financial conditions
