Dobaya - Deir el-Hajar Center - Old Building) Note that Contract implementation period: one year The value of temporary insurance: /422,400/ SYP Final insurance: 10% of the contract value The deadline for submitting offers is the end of official working hours on Monday, May 4, 2026 Date of a session Tenders will be closed on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 12:00 noon in the meeting room in the Authority-s administrative building. The duration of the bidder-s commitment to his bid is 180 days, starting from the day following the last date for submitting bids The duration of the nominated contractor-s commitment to his offer is 180 days It begins from the day following the notification in writing that the undertaking has been transferred to him This is according to the technical and (financial-legal) books of conditions. Whoever wishes to submit his offer must review the accounting department of the authority located at: (Kafr Sousse, 17th of April Street, behind the November 16 subdivision) to obtain the required book of conditions.
