- Start date: 05-05-2026 Completion date: 05-24-2026 Health Directorate in Damascus Governorate Internal tender announcement The Damascus Health Directorate announces its desire to hold a tender to provide cleaning materials needed by the Damascus Health Directorate for the year 2026 in accordance with the general conditions and the book of special conditions (financial, legal and technical) According to the following Initial deposits: (5%) of the value of the estimated list of materials submitted by the bidder according to a table attached to the technical conditions booklet Final insurance: 10% of the contract value Duration of implementing the undertaking: Within two weeks from the date of the directive order Late fines are one per thousand for each day Delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the total value of the contract Duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer: Three months from the date of submission of the offer. As for the nominated bidder, the provisions of Law No. 51 of 2004 apply to him. Warranty period: six months from the date of receipt Condition books can be obtained from the directorate Damascus Health / Contracts Division / in the amount of (1,500) one thousand five hundred new Syrian pounds The submitted offers and the contract are subject to the provisions of the Contracts System issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the General Conditions Book of the Contracts System issued by Decree No. 450 of 2004.
