Announcement of an internal request for tenders at full speed
The Damascus Health Directorate announces, with full speed, its desire to conduct a request for offers to provide bandage materials for the health centers and hospitals affiliated with the Damascus Health Directorate (present goods) in accordance with the general conditions and the special conditions booklet (financial). (legal and technical) and in accordance with the following
Initial deposits: Temporary deposits are determined at (5%) of the value of the materials for which the bidder will submit according to the table attached to the technical conditions booklet
These insurances are provided by a duly certified check during this period drawn up in favor of the Health Directorate, a bank guarantee, or a receipt order issued by the Central Treasury.
Insurances Final: 10% of the contract value
Duration of implementing the undertaking: The duration of completing the undertaking was set in one payment within a week from the date of the directive order
Delay fines are one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that they do not exceed 20% of the total contract value
Duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer: The bidder remains bound to his offer for a period of 90 days from the day following the end of the deadline. Submitting offers, the nominated contractor will remain bound to his offer throughout this period, and if the order to proceed during this is not notified, he has the right, within seven days following the expiration of the aforementioned period, to abandon his offer in a written letter registered in the office of the Health Directorate. Otherwise, his commitment to his offer will be automatically renewed for another period that applies starting from the day following the expiration date of the deadline given to the contractor.
