Announcement of internal offers for the first time
Al-Wahda Foundation for Press, Printing, Publishing and Distribution announces its desire to announce a request for offers in a sealed envelope to submit the automation of administrative, financial and commercial works and archiving documents and newspapers in the institution, according to the technical conditions book No. 3248 /4-2 dated 11/10/2023 and the book of legal and financial conditions No. 3276 / 4-2 dated 10/16/2023 preserved at the Contracts Department. Those wishing to submit their requests for their offers to the Al-Wahda Foundation for Press, Printing and Publishing in Damascus Dawar Kafrosous during a maximum period of the end of the official working hours on Sunday 5/11/2023 within three envelopes:
The first envelope: identification and temporary insurance papers
The second envelope: the technical presentation according to the technical conditions book.
The third envelope: It contains the financial supply with the individual and total price schedule in the Syrian lira, clearly and clearly writing without any deletion, scratch or modification, on the basis of its commitment to provide the required and it is not permissible to include any reservations or conditions. The three envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope sealed by the bidder entitled Al -Wahda Foundation, which is written on it, requesting to automate administrative, financial and commercial work, archiving documents and newspapers in the institution.
