- Start date: 2025-11-04 End date: 0000-00-00 Savings bank Announcement requesting offers The Savings Bank announces a request for offers for the second time as follows Subject of the request for offers to provide an anti-virus protection system or renew DR.WEB licenses, number /500/ licenses for the benefit of the Savings Bank Required for those who want to apply By offering to meet the conditions stipulated in Article 11 of Law No. 51 regarding the system of contracts for public entities and the books of general and special conditions, and to submit the required documents. Temporary insurance is a “lump” amount of 10,000,000/ten million Syrian pounds only. Insurances The final 10% of the contract value Bids are submitted to the General Administration Office of the bank located in Damascus, Arnous Square, in three envelopes sealed by the bidder along with temporary insurance, and placed in a fourth envelope addressed in the name of the Savings Bank. Request for Bids to Provide the Virus Protection System or Renew DR.WEB licenses: 500 licenses for the benefit of the Savings Bank, with the bidder-s name, domicile and chosen address. The deadline for submitting offers is at the end of official working hours on Thursday, November 20, 2025 The duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer is 60 calendar days starting from the end date of the bid submission deadline Duration of engagement The nominated bidder has 60 calendar days starting from the date on which he is notified that the result of the request for bids has been referred to him. The period for completing the work is 60 calendar days starting from the day following the date on which the nominated contractor is notified of the start order.
