Primary insurances:
It is required to present a bank guarantee of $10,000 (ten thousand US dollars only), irrevocable, issued by an accredited bank in the Syrian Arab Republic, or a certified check to the order of the Ministry of Emergency and Disaster Management. The check is not accepted to the order of the bearer.
Final insurances:
10% of the purchase order value.

One per thousand of the total value of materials for each day of delay, provided that the total fine does not exceed 10% of the contract value.
The tender will be canceled if the delay exceeds 30 days.
