In order to consolidate the principles of transparency and efficiency in purchasing and contracting processes, and to promote development and optimal use For resources, the Supply and Supply Committee announces its desire to receive offers from companies and suppliers to implement a project:
Providing and supplying the Rapid Liquid Chromatography (UFLC) device for the Public Authority for Biotechnology in accordance with the detailed technical specifications contained in Appendix No. (1): Technical Offer.

Primary insurances:
It is required to submit a bank guarantee in the amount of 95,000,000 Syrian pounds (ninety-five million Syrian pounds only), irrevocable, issued by an accredited bank in the Syrian Arab Republic, or a certified check to order The Public Authority for Biotechnology. A check is not accepted to order to bearer.
Final insurances:
10% of the purchase order value
Delay fine
One per thousand of the total value of materials for each day of delay, provided that the total fine does not exceed 10% of the contract value
