Announcing a request to solicit quotations for the second time (at full speed)
The General Directorate of Real Estate Services announces its need to request a solicitation of offers using a sealed envelope to provide and supply personal computers, number: (100) only one hundred computers and nothing more. According to the technical conditions and specifications specified in the technical conditions booklet, it is necessary to work in the General Directorate of Real Estate Services for the year 2025 AD
Temporary insurances: Temporary insurances are determined in a lump sum amounting to: (35,000,000) SYP only, thirty-five million Syrian pounds only, provided by a certified check or a bank guarantee from one of the approved banks in Syrian Arab Qatar, provided that the period is not less than three months from the date of submission of offers
Final deposits: Ten percent of the contract value provided by certified check or bank guarantee
Delay fine: one per thousand for each day of delay and not more than twenty percent of the total value of the contract
Method of submitting offers: Offers shall be submitted in accordance with what is stipulated Contracts System issued No. (51) of 2004
If the offer includes more than one partner, all of these partners must submit temporary and final guarantees in their names under the penalty of rejection of their offer, and their offer must include the phrase (jointly and severally).
Implementation period: The implementation period is limited to (30) thirty days only, starting from the day following notification. The contractor directs the order
