  General conditions
  Primary insurances
  It is required to submit an irrevocable bank guarantee in the amount of $20,000 (twenty thousand US dollars only), issued by an accredited bank in the Syrian Arab Republic. Temporary guarantees are provided in accordance with the legal and financial condition books.
  Final insurances
  10% of the contract value
  Fine Delay
  One per thousand of the total value of materials for each day of delay, provided that the total fine does not exceed 10% of the contract value
  The tender may be canceled if the delay exceeds 30 days
  Duration of implementation
  A maximum of twenty (20) actual working days from the date of the second day of receipt of the purchase order or signing of the contract
  Delivery location
  To be determined later within the contract, within Damascus Governorate and its countryside
