The Regional Planning Authority announces its desire to conduct an internal tender at full speed in the sealed envelope to solicit offers to submit and install a telephone exchange Special supply, installation and operation of computer equipment in a buildingThe Regional Planning Authority is in accordance with the specifications specified in the book of legal, financial and technical conditions, in addition to the specifications provided by the bidder that will improve the quality of its offer
- Temporary deposits: at a rate of (5%) of the value of the pledge
- Final deposits: at a rate of (10%) of the value Undertaking
-Temporary and final insurances shall be paid under a guaranteeOr a bank transfer or a certified check from banks accredited by the competent public authorities in the Syrian Arab Republic
-Delay fines: (0.001) one per thousand of the total contracted value for each day of delay
-The duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer (45) calendar days Starting from the date of opening of offers, the period will be renewed automatically in the event of failureObjection
-Offers are divisible according to the items mentioned in the special technical conditions books
-Guarantee period: one full Gregorian year and from the date of final receipt of all works related to submitting offers for the supply, installation and operation of computer equipment throughout the contractual period
