Text of the announcement: The Lattakia Health Directorate announces a request for offers for the second time with the full speed of project implementation The following:
The project has initial insurance for the implementation period
1 Providing and installing a mammograph device for the National Hospital in Latakia in ten million sixty days
2 Providing and installing a urinary endoscopy device for the National Hospital in Latakia in ten million sixty days
Those who wish to participate must visit the Latakia Health Directorate during official working hours to purchase the conditions books The technical, legal, financial, and list of quantities for the required materials are submitted to the Contracts Division, and the offers are submitted to its office in three envelopes:
The first contains: the identification papers and initial insurance.
The second contains: the technical presentation.
The third contains: the financial offer.
These envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope addressed to the Latakia Health Directorate The bidder's name, address, and subject of the request for bids are written on it.
Conditions:
The final deposit for each project is 10% of the referral value.
The value of the book of conditions for each project is / 300,000 / SP only three hundred thousand Syrian pounds, to be paid with a receipt at the Lattakia Finance Ministry, and any contrary offer will be ignored. 0
The duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer is sixty days starting from the date of opening the bids 0
The bidder can submit his bid for one project or all projects (items are divisible).
