Announcing an internal request for proposals
The Syrian Grain Corporation would like to conduct an internal request for tenders to provide and install electric motors with gearboxes for some mills for the organization's branches (Damascus and Latakia), which are (Nasiriyah Al-Sahel-Jableh) according to the conditions, specifications and quantities. The types specified in the Technical Book of Conditions No. 482/26/4/2, dated 10/15/2025, and the Book of Special Conditions (Financial Legal) No. 1024/26/8/3, dated 10/19/2025, which can be obtained from the Corporation's Contracts Department.
-Initial deposits: are limited to $10,000 only, ten thousand US dollars only, to be submitted by certified check or transfer. In our account at the Central Bank of Syria No. /7428341820284327/, it cannot be issued except with the approval of the general administration of the institution. Any offer that is not attached to it will be rejected, and the bidder is obligated to pay it from his bank account opened with one of the banks operating in Syria. + Receipt of notification of payment of an amount of /57,500/ SYP as temporary guarantees (financial stamp/reconstruction/local administration)
Duration Implementation: The implementation period is set at 60 days, starting from the day following the contractor's notification of the commencement order
Final deposits: 10% of the total contract value
The duration of the bidder's commitment to his bid is 60 days, starting from the day following the last date for submitting bids
