Anyone who wishes to participate must submit his offer in a sealed envelope from Thursday 11/16/2023 to the Institute's office until fourteen o'clock on Thursday 11/23/2023, noting that
-Initial insurance in the amount of /3,000,000/ SYPOnly three million Syrian pounds and nothing else
- The final deposit (10%) S.P. of the total value of the contract
- The duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer / 60 / days starting from the day following the end of submitting the offer
- The duration of the nominated contractor's commitment to his offer / 30 / days Starting from the day following the date of his notification of the assignment of the undertaking
