- Start date: 05-05-2026 Completion date: 05-24-2026 Health Directorate in Damascus Governorate Announcing an internal request for proposals The Damascus Health Directorate announces its desire to conduct a request for offers to provide and install an ultrasound physical therapy device, number 2, needed at Ibn al-Nafis Hospital, in accordance with the general conditions and booklet. Special conditions (financial, legal and technical) and in accordance with the following Primary insurance: a lump sum amounting to forty-six thousand new Syrian pounds only Final insurance: 10% of the contract value Duration of implementation of the undertaking: /60/sixty days from the date of the directive order Late fines are one per thousand For each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the total value of the contract Duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer: Three months from the date of submission of the offer. As for the nominated bidder, the provisions of Law No. 51 of 2004 apply to him. Warranty period: The free warranty period / year / starts from the date of initial receipt For the device. Condition books can be obtained from the Damascus Health Directorate/Contracts Division/ for an amount of (1,500) one thousand five hundred new Syrian pounds. The submitted offers and the contract are subject to the provisions of the contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the book of general conditions for the contract system issued by Decree No. 450.
