To the Damascus Health Directorate (present goods) in accordance with the general conditions and the book of special conditions (financial, legal and technical) and in accordance with the following: Initial insurance: The initial insurance was set at an amount of /24,000,000/SYP only, twenty-four million Syrian pounds only; Payment is made by certified and certified cheque Damascus Health Directorate or a bank guarantee issued by accredited banks in the Syrian Arab Republic or in cash according to a receipt issued by the Ministry of Finance in accordance with what was stated in the book of special conditions (financial and legal) Final insurance: 10% of the contract value Duration of implementing the pledge: The duration for completing the pledge was determined Within /30/thirty days from the date of the directive order Delay fines are one thousand of the contract value for each day of delay, provided that they do not exceed 20% of the total contract value Duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer: The bidder remains bound to his offer for a period of 90 days from the day following the end of the deadline for submitting bids. The nominated contractor shall remain bound to his offer throughout this period, and if the order to commence is not notified during that period, he has the right, within seven days following the expiration of the aforementioned period, to renounce his offer in a written letter registered in the office of the Health Directorate.
