The first contains: Identification papers and initial insurance

The third contains: the financial offer
These envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope addressed to the name of the entity specified in the advertisement and on which is written the subject of the request for tenders
Terms
Initial insurance / 10,000,000 / only ten million Syrian pounds
The final insurance is 10% of the referral value
Duration Implementation is 30 days starting from the day following the contractor's notification of the start order
The value of the book of conditions / 300,000 / SYP, paid with a receipt at the Central Bank in Latakia
