Announcement requesting tenders for the first time

The Aleppo Health Directorate announces a request for offers to provide the necessary analysis materials for intensive care in Aleppo health laboratories, as follows
Primary insurance: 17,000,000 SYP
Final insurance: 10% of the contract value.
period Implementation: The period for implementing this pledge is set at six months, and delivery will be made in one or more batches according to the directorate's need. Each batch will be delivered within a maximum period of fifteen days from the date the contractor notifies the administration's letter.
Duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer: one hundred and eighty days from the date of the end of submitting bids. As for the nominated bidder, it is one hundred and eighty days from Date of notification of referral.
Delay fine: one per thousand for each day of delay.
Warranty period: at least one year.
The price of the file (books of conditions): 50,000 SYP.
-Offers shall be submitted to the office of the Aleppo Health Directorate, accompanied by all the identification papers stipulated in Contract System No. 51 of 2004 and its amendments, until the end of official working hours on Sunday. The date is 9/11/2025 and the offers will be opened the next day in a large envelope containing three envelopes (the identification documents envelope - the technical offer envelope - the detailed financial offer envelope).
