The Chairman of the Military Works Department Tender Committee announces the need of the Ministry of Defense - Military Works Department to provide accelerator pumps for the catering service The warehouse is in the Damascus countryside governorate, under an internal contract, p/t, request for offers 0
canThose wishing to submit these materials may review the required documents and obtain the books of technical and special conditions and the schedule of quantities from the Military Works Administration building - Contracts Committee, as of this date, in exchange for paying their value amounting to a financial stamp of (6,000) SYP -
Tenders shall be organized and submitted in accordance with the provisions of Article (35) of Law No. /2/ of the year2022 AD within three closed envelopes. These envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope entitled in the name of the Department of Military Works _ Tenders Committee until the end of the official working hours from Sunday 9/24/2023 AD, and the subject of the request for offers and the chosen domicile is written on it
The first envelope contains the following:
A request for participation in the bidding process with the prescribed stamps attachedIn the books of special conditions
A written statement from the bidder that he has seen the book of general conditions and the books of special conditions (legal, financial - technical) and tables of items of supplies and that he accepts all the terms and conditions contained therein
documents that prove the availability of the conditions stipulated in Article /16/ of Law /2/ of 2022 AD
A financial receipt for the purchase of...A file

The third envelope contains the financial offer with individual and total price tables
