Start date: 2025-11-11 End date: 0000-00-00 University Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology Request quotations for the first time and at full speed The University Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Aleppo announces its need to request quotations To provide (5) monitors to the hospital for the first time ( at total speed) Anyone who wishes to participate and who meets the conditions stipulated in the Contracts System promulgated by Law No. (51) of 2004 must submit his offer in three sealed envelopes, within a fourth envelope on which the name of the bidder is written, according to the following: The first envelope: contains the initial insurance and identification papers The required stamps are attached to it The second envelope: contains the technical proposal, specifications and technical models The third envelope: contains the financial offer with price tables and individual and total quantities Initial insurance: (5,000,000) SYP, five million Syrian pounds only Change Final insurance: (10%) of the referral value Implementation period: (60) days starting from the day following the date on which the contractor is notified of the commencement order The duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer is sixty days starting from the date of opening the bids, and the period is renewed automatically if no objection occurs. The contract is made according to terms Law No. 51/2004 AD and the general conditions booklet issued by Decree No. 450 dated 9/12/2004 To obtain a booklet of technical and legal conditions, visit the Hospital-s Contracts Division for an amount of 50,000 SYP to be paid according to a receipt in the hospital fund. Offers are not divisible between exhibitors Bids will be accepted by appointment No later than the end of official working hours on Monday, December 1, 2025 AD, at the hospital office, and offers will be opened the following day. 104565
