Tender announcement for the second time
Lattakia University Hospital announces an internal tender to secure uniforms and shoes for the nursing staff at Lattakia University Hospital.
Anyone who wishes to participate and who meets the conditions stipulated in the contract system issued by law must participate No. 51 of 2004, submitting your offer in three sealed envelopes. These envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope on which the name of the offeror is written, according to the following:
The first envelope: contains the initial insurance and identification papers with a financial stamp of 100,000 SYP affixed to it + 50,000 SYP for the request to participate in the request for offers and for temporary guarantees.
The second envelope: contains Technical offer and technical specifications.
Only nine million nine hundred and twenty thousand Syrian pounds and nothing else.
- Final deposit / 10% / of the total value of the referral.
- Delivery period: Within a maximum period of 45 days, starting from the day following the date on which the contractor is notified of the start order.
- Duration of the bidder's engagement By offering: Three months from the date of opening the bids, automatically renewed once if no objection occurs within seven days following the expiration date of the period.
- The offer is divisible.
To obtain a book of technical, legal and financial conditions, visit the Hospital Supplies and Contracts Department for an amount of 75,000 SYP only, seventy-five thousand Syrian pounds. It is only paid according to a receipt in the hospital fund.
Offers must be submitted directly to the hospital office or sent by registered mail, provided that they arrive and are registered at the office before the end of official working hours on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. .
