An internal tender announcement at full speed for the second time
The Damascus Health Directorate announces for the second time and with full speed its desire to hold a tender to provide local oral hypoglycemic medications for the health centers affiliated with the Damascus Health Directorate/Badaa. Present / in accordance with the general conditions and the book of special conditions (financial, legal and technical), noting the exception of the materials that were contracted for the first time, which are (1-3) and in accordance with the following
Initial deposits: The bidder must submit with his offer initial deposits in the amount of 5% of the value of the estimated statement of the items applied for, which were specified according to a table. It is attached to the technical conditions and is submitted by a certified check issued by the Damascus Health Directorate or by a bank guarantee or receipt issued by the Ministry of Finance.
Final deposit: 10% of the referral value
Duration of implementation of the pledge: The materials will be delivered in one batch to the central pharmaceutical warehouse of the Damascus Health Directorate within a week from the date of the direct order.
Late fines One per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the total value of the contract
Duration of the bidder's binding to his offer: The bidder remains bound to his offer for a period of /90/days from the day following the end of the deadline for submitting offers. The nominated contractor remains bound to his offer throughout this period. If the order to proceed during this is not communicated, he has the right within seven days following the end of the offer.
