Bids will be opened on May 4, 2026 at eleven in the morning in the Safira City Council building Estimated statement: /90,000,000/ SYP only, ninety million Syrian pounds only (old currency) or its equivalent in the new currency Initial insurance: 5% of the estimated statement value paid by certified check A duly certified guarantee, guarantee, or bank transfer Final deposits: 10% of the contract value, paid by a duly certified check, guarantee, or a duly certified bank transfer.
