Announcement of requesting offers for the second time in the sealed circumstance
The Ministry of Sports and Youth announces the announcement of a request to lure offers for the second time in the sealed circumstance for the project to replace the herbal herbal floor with natural grass with artificial grass for the (Sarut) stadium in the Directorate Sports and youth in Homs Governorate according to the books of the conditions prepared for this purpose:
Initial insurance: / 50,000,000 / SP only: fifty million Syrian pounds.
Final insurance: 10 % of the contract value.
Insurance is paid under a certified check or cash in the account of the General Sports Federation in Damascus or under a bank guarantee.
Execution period : / 90 / day.
- A fine of delay: 0.1 % per thousand for each day delay.
- The required identification papers specified in Article / 11 / of Law / 51 / of 2004.
- The period of the bidder's association with a presentation / 90 days from the date of the last date to submit the offers.
- Offers are submitted to the General Court of the Ministry of Sports and Youth until the end of the official working hours of Sunday 17/8/2025 AD.
- The offers are made on the next business day.
