Text of the announcement: The Lattakia Health Directorate announces a request for offers for the second time at full speed for a project to provide medical consumables needed by the Health Directorate. Latakia. Anyone who wishes to participate must visit the Latakia Health Directorate during official working hours to purchase the technical, legal and financial conditions books from the management accountant (Contracts Division) and submit the offers to its office in three envelopes:
The first contains: identification papers and insurances.
The second contains: the technical presentation.
The third contains : On the financial offer.
These envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope addressed to the Lattakia Health Directorate, with the subject of the request for offers and the specific date written on it.
Conditions:
The initial insurance is /5,000,000/ only five million Syrian pounds.
The final insurance is 10% of the referral value.
Implementation period: two months.
The value of the terms and conditions book is /300,000/ for 0 S only Three hundred thousand Syrian pounds only, to be paid with a receipt at the Lattakia Finance Ministry, and any offer to the contrary shall be ignored.
The duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer is sixty days starting from the date of opening the bids
