Announcement requesting tenders for the first time

Homs National Hospital announces its desire to conduct a request for proposals for the first time, at full speed, for a project to provide laboratory materials needed by Homs National Hospital.
Temporary insurance: 23,600,000 SYP twenty-three Two million and six hundred thousand Syrian pounds only, submitted according to a bank guarantee from an accredited bank in the Syrian Arab Republic, or a certified check to the order of Homs National Hospital, or via a bank transfer submitted from the bidder's account to the hospital's account.
Final deposit: 10% of the referral value
Delay fine: one per thousand for each day of delay
Implementation period: three months
