Bidding using a sealed envelope for a project to implement the rehabilitation of a sports institute in Abbasin, according to the following:
only Two billion and eleven million seven hundred and fifty-five thousand and one hundred Syrian pounds only, paid according to a certified check ordered by the Directorate of Technical Services in Damascus Governorate, or according to a bank guarantee issued by banks operating in the country according to the forms approved by them and bearing the name of the project for which it is issued, or in cash according to a receipt issued by the Directorate of Technical Services. In Damascus Governorate.
On behalf of all of them, under penalty of rejection of their offer, and that their offer includes a statement that they are interdependent and solidary.

The period of 120 days begins from the day following the written notification of the nominated contractor that the pledge has been assigned to him.
